This month, the Amy Team is thrilled to bring you some new and improved features, so you can go about your workday with ease and compete with larger businesses in your industry. 

The bot builder is better than ever

We’re excited to introduce a brand new bot builder with a fresh interface and better user experience. With this update, adjusting and building your chat flow has never been easier.

You can now:

• Save the chatbot flow as a draft and publish it whenever it is ready with our Draft & Publish feature. 
•  Restore your chatbot flow in one click when you want to discard changes you don’t want. 
• Use “Move tool” to check your chatbot flow to avoid misoperation, and use “Select tool” to edit your chatbot flow directly.
• Use the “Re-center” shortcut to go back to the start point immediately when you’re losing your way. Or, simply rick click to go back to the previous or next action. Both allow you to navigate the flow with more convenience. 
• Preview the chatbot flow in a chat window to let you experience what your visitors will see.

Update your business information with one click

Whether you run a restaurant, a personal training business, or even a spa, there might be changes to your business information you might need to frequently make. But that doesn’t mean you should have to go through your chatbot flow and manually update the information every time you need to make a change. 

With Amy’s “Manage business info” feature, you can create and insert the business info labels to your chatbot flow content. For example, you can insert the business info label [Seasonal menu] in your chatbot flow. When you need to make changes, just find that business info label and update its content, and your visitors will see the latest information content via the chatbot. Forget about the hassle of going back and forth to check each flow individually and make changes, it’s that easy!
