But that doesn’t mean you should have to go through your chatbot flow and manually update the information every time you need to make a change.
With Amy’s “Manage business info” feature, you can create and insert the business info labels to your chatbot flow content. For example, you can insert the business info label [Seasonal menu] in your chatbot flow. When you need to make changes, just find that business info label and update its content, and your visitors will see the latest information content via the chatbot. Forget about the hassle of going back and forth to check each flow individually and make changes, it’s that easy!
