We’re excited to introduce three new features from Amy this month. These features were made with your small business in mind, so you can reach more customers than ever and spend more time doing the things you love. 

Reporting improvements

Our reporting improvements come with a refreshed design, to make it easier than ever for you to grab the customer data you need to make smarter decisions.

You can now see the chat start page and the transcript overview in the table directly. You can also sort the table by Time and Visitor to collect the data you need, at the right time. 

Amy also shows variable names for every Collect action, so you can see the exact message that led a website visitor to provide their information. This will make it easier for you to create flows that are intuitive for your users, and beneficial for your marketing goals. 

Let your visitors save their conversations with Amy

How many times do you think your visitors have to go back to your website and ask Amy the same question, just because they forgot to write down important details. Now, your visitors can send their entire conversations with Amy, directly to their inbox.

This way, they won’t have to go through the same flow over and over again and can access the information straight from their email.
