Amy Switch

The switch feature allows you to turn Amy on and off according to your business needs. This can happen if you installed the code to your website, but still need some extra time to update the chatbot flow. You can then turn off Amy with just one click and once you’re finished, you can turn Amy back on again to keep delighting your customers

Collect Variable Data

This action allows your Amy chatbot to collect any information you might need from your website visitors. This makes it easier for repeat visitors to navigate Amy, so they won’t have to answer the same questions every time and can get exactly what they need.

Chat Transcript Report

You can now see a detailed chat history between your Amy bot and customers. This lets you see what you might be missing in your chat flow or identify any customer patterns when they visit your website.
